I don 't like writing bad reviews but I 'm so frustrated with the absolute lack of customer service. Ordered topokki with cheese for my daughter for pickup. Ordered directly from the restaurant to help them avoid the exorbitant fees that 3rd party delivery services charge. When I brought home the food the cheese was missing which they charge an extra $3.50 for. Ok, mistakes happen. I called to see if I could get the extra charge credited back to my card. I was told that they can 't credit my card back. What?!?! You can charge my card but not credit it?! The guy who was on the phone said we 'll give you cheese at no charge next time. Sure way to lose customers...sorry there won 't be a next t...
I LOVE their kimchi fried rice. There is so much flavor! They add spam and a sunny side-up egg in the fried rice which is a classic in my opinion. You can also tase the kimchi in the fried rice. It is a really good mixture of ingredients. I also really like their spicy rice cake. It is so chewy and honestly not that spicy which is to my liking. It tastes better with cheese (cost extra . I also really like the corn cheese : SO delicious! However, I would not order it as a to-go because the cheese gets cold.
Great place to get authentic korean cusine. The portions are filling and prices are affordable. The interior is also clean and cozy. The tteobokki is a must get, the sauce is savory and sweet. You can add cheese or ramen if you'd like as well. The order of kimbap is pretty big but it's super yummy. I definitely recommend this place
I ordered through postmates and I ordered the Fried jajangmyeon with seafood. When I received my order I was very upset to find it had meat in it. I don't eat meat and I expected it to only come with seafood. Please update your menu and list the meats you have with your food. I spent a lot of money just to not be able to eat it.

I can't get enough of Big Rice! The service is consistently excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious—especially the spicy pork ramen and kimchi stew. Everything is still very affordable. My family and I are eagerly awaiting your reopening after the temporary closure so we can enjoy your food again!
it was a pretty good place. i was craving korean food but didn't feel like going to the entire bbq place and this hit the spot. tteokbokki was huge, really warm but not spicy.

Pretty good food. We had the kimchi pancake, tteokbokki, spicy squid bimbimbap, and the bulgogi kimbap. All were good.

The bibimbap was terrible and served cold! It’s unbelievable that it wasn’t presented in a stone bowl as it should be.
Good food and good customer service. The sides were also delicious. This is my go to place for quick Korean food!
