yesterday visited the restaurant and was not very nice of one of the staff. but eating was very bad. christian tikka biryani and chicken ktikka. chicken tikka was so hard and was very difficult to chew. paneer tikka biryani was not good either. More paneer was so fat. waiter said it would be prepared in a tonnofen, but it seemed as if windshield wiper deep in oil, it was so fat and even hard. we told the waiter about the food, she did not react adequately. visited a month back and the waiter back then was very nice. He used to be so good. new employees are not nice. but a very bad experience. not worth the time and the money. I would never visit again.
After I tried to eat for the first time at friends birthday party, I put a party order in a box for 30 people with biryani. the food was excellent and every single guest (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) enjoyed every dish just like we first time. I strongly recommend biryani in a box when someone is looking for high quality food, good taste and good service. my personal favorite was lamm curry. also communication and responsiveness of venkat, who is the owner of biryani in a box, was on site.
Box has a very lovely interior and pleasant staff. I and my friends visited here at night and we enjoyed the sumptuous meal.For one, it was my first time of tasting Indian curry stew and I loved it. We even had to get an extra biryanis , it was that good! I must add that it is also an affordable restaurant. Don’t let the interior look intimidate you .I’ll definitely visit again soon.
we went for dosa and idli! sambhar was cooled directly from the freeze cabinet! that says it wasn't fresh, even tho they tried to make an excuse. disappointment and shocking for the price we paid. only one person serving 7-8 tables, ordering and billing, which leads to a slow service. Attitude problems like we were eating for free!
