Bistro Gymnasium Thun Standort Schadau

We spend one night there with my husband and it was really an amazing experience! The service seemed more the one of a 5 stars hotel. The attention was perfect from the moment we entered until we left. The food of the restaurant was really good. We took the degustation menu and everything was delicious. The castle itself as well as the room is just beautiful. I really recommend this place and I hope we will be able to go back soon!

In the beautiful and exquisite setting of the Schloss it was great to stop off for dinner. And fortunate to get a place in the panoramic terrace overlooking the marvellous lake. Equally marvellous was the food and service. Delighted with choices, accompanied by a local chilled white wine. Dessert was a sweet culmination, with coffee and cappuccino. An enjoyable culinary experience deserving of a high rating.

We had been wanting to stop here for lunch for several years but just never made it. Finally this year we did and it was wonderful. It was one of the best meals of our trip. The location is terrific, the service is exceptional, and the food was exquisite.

The Schloss Schadau is a lovely place for any occation. This time business lunch with 50 guests. Very tasty food. Service minded staff. Beautiful location by the lake.
