This restaurant is a lovely option for an upscale Chinese dining experience, though you might want to overlook the less-than-stellar service and be prepared for a longer drive. The food is quite good and offers a refreshing change from the typical Cantonese spots we usually visit. I particularly enjoyed the seafood with crispy rice; it had a unique presentation and a delightful combination of textures and flavors. The crispy prawns were tasty but a bit too sweet and the portion was a bit small. We also tried the watermelon juice, which was refreshing. In addition, we ordered the pea shoots, lamb chops, duck, and red rice, all of which were enjoyable.

The smoked duck breast appetizer also impressed us. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention has gone into every menu item we tried. Plus, the dessert selection, which isn't overly sweet like typical Western desserts, was just perfect! The restaurant's interior is beautiful, and the waiting staff is incredibly attentive, almost anticipating your needs and desires before you even express them.

The food is absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of seasoning; the chef enhances the natural flavors of the ingredients without relying on MSG. First time at this Michelin restaurant with family and friends. Have to say it was a great experience. Decor is beautiful, place is clean, service is very friendly and attentive, food is good. We ordered a lot of dishes and of course all thespecials. All of them turned out tasty except a couple of them with sauces too heavy or salty and a bit greasy. The mostimpressed was the presentation of the dishes. Prices were high but that was expected. Overall, it was a good experience. Iwill go back :
This was definitely worth the drive and every penny! The crispy shrimp and diced honey pepper beef lives up to its reputation. Every bite was just heavenly. The smoked duck breast appetizer also hit the spot. You know so much care and attention has beenput into every menu item we ordered. Even the dessert (not very sweet like Western desserts) selection is perfect! The interioris beautiful and the wait staff are so conscious of your every need or want, they almost seem to read minds.

I really enjoyed the crispy shrimp, but I wasn't a fan of the special black cod with eggplants—it felt lacking in flavor. The black cod is priced at $30 per pound, and each fish typically weighs around 3 pounds. It can get quite noisy during peak hours due to the lack of separation between tables. However, the service was good and efficient.

Every dish we ordered was decent, but I was particularly impressed by the black pepper beef steaks and the braided pig belly with bamboo shoot. Her tea was also very nice and couples good with the dishes. If you want desserts, it is advisable to order in advance as the waiting period is about 30 minutes.
