Let's start this review with the good. The staff here is great. Even on a busy Saturday evening, with kids jumping about and some customers going off about restaurant policies, the staff kept their cool, were friendly and attentive to all patrons. My hats off to them. These folks work hard, so show your appreciation and don't skimp on the tips. They deserve them (well, most of them do anyway). And can’t stand loud noises a 6 person booth opened up next us we ask if we could move to it we were all crammed up on a 5 person booth ask him nicely if we could move to it told us he had it reserved for a party of 8 , 25 minutes go by the booth empty next thing we know 4 people pulled up to the booth I asked Bernard about it he gave me a sarcastic smurk basically told us to F off! The food did not meet our expectations and there were a few issues here and there. Our overall dining experience was a 5 out of 10. A man came to our table to ask how everything was, and after expressing our concerns, he apologized and left. However, the atmosphere seemed to improve when he returned as Kevin, the manager. He was dedicated to making things right, which was evident in his actions. Our night turned out to be a perfect 10 out of 10 thanks to Kevin. We wish there were more managers like him who take quality control seriously and ensure that guests have a positive culinary experience.
We have been going to BJ's for over 40 years and I have to say this was by far the worst pizza we have ever had....Not only did it not have any sauce on it but it was not the normal Chicago crust.... I understand that it is still hard to get good employees, but there really should be some kind of quality control.

As always, the food was delicious. I ordered the ahi salad, which was absolutely divine with a light sesame seed dressing that was really tasty. The beer selection was excellent. My husband had pizza and chicken wings. The wings were average, but the pizza was consistently fabulous. The service was good as well.
The service at this restaurant is consistently fantastic whenever we dine here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is top-notch. Our server even made sure to add our reward points to our account, as we are regulars at this establishment.
Our waiter, David, was fantastic! The Cadillac margaritas were excellent. I was a bit disappointed with my pizza as the veggies seemed and tasted old, but the brownie was delicious. David was very attentive to my food restrictions, which I really appreciated.

Food was much better before the pandemic. Avocado egg rolls did not taste freshly fried. For the bbq sliders, meat tasted gamey. Pizza Hut Pan Pizza beats the deep dish pizza in taste and texture. Cesar salad was decent. But service was excellent.
First time at a BJ's. I had the kale, roasted Brussels sprouts mixed greens salad awesome flavor combos! Great service too!
