Black Seed Bagels - Réservation de table

The bagels may be a little smaller and cost a little more than the other local bagel places, but they are just sooooo tasty and so fresh, often right out of the oven! Also, the coffee is always very good. The workers are always friendly. If it’s busy, there can be a wait, and I have gotten a few wrong orders (I am here a lot) but otherwise, this is a delightful stop after walking your dog in the park (for example) and you can often find a seat outside on a nice day.

I must say, every time I order from this place, I always receive exactly what I want. There are never any issues, and my favorite part is that they let me customize the seasoning on my sandwich. It's wonderful to be able to order something that's not bland and tailored to my taste without having to make a special request.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a issue with my order and instead of finding a way to get me a new order the employee gave me a very nasty attitude, mocked my name in a super incorrect way and hung up the phone on me. Please pay your employees more and maybe they’ll have a better attitude when dealing with customers.

Over rated place, I used to get my breakfast to this place since its on my way to walk my dog to the Hernandez park. Nothing special to this place and one morning this person by the casher I think woke up in the other side of the bed and bring her attitude to work. Never again I will spend my money to this place. Placed order at incorrect location. Sent email on a Sunday night at 9 pm. Got a response my error was corrected, that night and credit received. Very impressed with response time. Very professional. Excellent customer service, not to mention the best bagels in NYC!

Love the quality of their bagels but every time I try to order a simple custom order, i.e. toasted bagel with butter and lox. It is wildly incorrect. It has happened so often I just check every time and have to remake the order. Consistent at every location.

Disgusting. Gluten free bagels only ? They fall apart in your mouth. Plus I ordered cheddar and paid for extra cheddar only to have no cheese and asked for toasted and its not. 100% wrongly prepared.

Bagels were of the freshest I’ve ever had! Very delicious. Ingredients were fresh too, and solid sandwich crafting! Nice spot to sit too. I really enjoyed the “Classic 2.0” Réservez une table maintenant

The BOCA lacked flavor, and the turkey avocado sauce was excessively overpowering. Additionally, the cold brew coffee was mostly ice, with 60% of it being ice.

Bagels are very fresh and the other menu items are very good coffee is great also
