We went here because it was listed on Google maps as a deli, it is not. This is a convenience store that may pay blimpy for franchise rights but does not operate like a sandwich shop. The primary business of this location is lottery and cigarette sales. We were confused but the staff said they have blimpy sandwich stuff in the back. My wife opted out after seeing the condition of the store but I ventured on because. .I was hungry and it's just a sandwich, right? Well no. This location is missing the majority of the menu and could only produce a turkey or ham sandwich. The bread was burnt and overall disappointing. This business should not be categorized as a Blimpy sandwich shop or any type...
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT AUTHENTIC BLIMPIE SANDWICHES. Honestly, it’s just a typical corner deli that has a variety of drinks, snacks, cigarettes, and everything else you might expect, but when it comes to their sandwich counter, they’re merely riding on the name. The menu might be displayed on the wall, but if you’ve been to a real Blimpie restaurant, you’ll quickly realize this is a poor imitation when you place your order. I suppose it’s legal since they’ve paid for the franchise rights, but it’s DEFINITELY not the real deal; the quality is noticeably lower. You can particularly tell by the bread.
My daughter and I often visited this location, but we had a terrible experience. It took the young worker nearly 15-20 minutes to prepare just one sandwich! I’m not exaggerating. It felt like he should not have been left to handle that station by himself; it seemed like too much for him. The meat was sliced very thick, which completely ruined the sandwich for me. We ended up waiting for about an hour because there were other customers already in line. I really enjoy Blimpie's, but I think I need to find a different location to get rid of the bad taste left by this experience.
I really love Blimpie, but this location only offers cold sandwiches, even though they have an oven that they apparently don’t use after 11 AM, according to the staff. It's misleading for customers—either they should put up a sign to inform people before they order or stop calling themselves Blimpie. It was a waste of time and money, and the sandwich I had was terrible!

Blinpie is actually in the Krausers store. It's okay, Krausers is a good catch all for other foods (bagels, baked goods, basic necessities. Like any Blimpie, the little subs are good.
I really like BLIMPIE! They serve food quickly, which is great. While it can be a bit expensive, the quality is still good.
I plan to visit this place weekly after I get off work. My new routine is having dinner at Blimpie every week.
This Blimpie in Essex County is faster and cleaner than most others I've visited. Definitely worth the trip!
