The restaurant ascetically looks good. Customer service not their strong point from walking in they all seemed peed off! We ordered two curries mine was okay, my partners was hotter (peppers than she normally has it but she persevered all the same but it got to the point that we had to order some ice water. The waiter that we gave the order walked past at on two occasions with jugs of water for other tables and in the end we had to ask another waiter. On finishing, my partner left some of her chicken dish as it was too hot so we decided to let the waiter (owner? know that the dish that she normally have did not come vindaloo style to which he proceeded to lean over the table, thrust his hand...
I have just ordered a takeaway and requested that none of it has peanuts as I have an allergy. I was so specific to the point they asked if ‘almond dust’ in the lamb korma is fine. Having taken my first bite I immediately had an allergic reaction. The guy on the phone just said oh the waiter must not have understood what you were saying. What’s the point in stating you have an allergy?! Eating here seems to be a risk if you do Food: 1
We visited The Blue Lagoon last weekend, and it was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner, Mr. Islam, was warm and welcoming. We tried the chicken stir fry and beef biryani, both of which were excellent and reasonably priced. They even treated us to complimentary coffee and soft drinks! The atmosphere was charming and cozy. I highly recommend this restaurant. Service: Dine-in.
