Chicken 冬菇蒸鸡饭 Steam Chicken with black mushrooms over rice was not edible. The chicken was grossly undercooked and hard with bones sticking out because chicken was roughly cut with lots of small, sharp bones. The pork 梅菜扣肉 Pork belly with preserved vegetable was so oveecooked and hard to swallow. It tasted like it has been boiled and then frozen and doused with sugar and five spice powder. Texture was super weird and food was not cooked properaly and hard to eat. Hot and sour 酸辣汤 Hot Sour Soup was ok with good size protein and combination of added items but-the soup was flavorless as if made from water instead of a broth base soup. .Only the soup is edible.
The best sushi I've had in awhile! I ordered the Saki flight because I've never seen that offered before. They should write out names of the saki so the customer knows which is which. Ordered the Maki 8 piece chef's choice... It was perfect although again wasn't clear what a few pieces of fish were. My husband ordered the tempura. He said it was delicious. Overall a 5* just a few minor things that would make it perfect!!! (Parking is tough when it's busy. 1 way in and out.
蜜椒牛仔骨 Honey pepper beef ribs Was not good. The meat was soggy, I wouldnt recommend this dish however the 梅菜扣肉饭 Pork Belly Preserved Vegetable Over Rice was really good and the 鸡炒饭 Chicken Fried Rice was really good!
Amazing little sushi place. I sat at the bar and watched the chef make our orders. He is a very talented and funny man! Parking: Crowded at peak times.

The rolls were okay. However, finding parking can be difficult. It is a small plaza, so there is limited parking especially during peak hours.
The restaurant is fresh and quick. It was not very busy when I visited, which was nice. The prices were lower than most other restaurants.
Everything so good, best short ribs 蜜椒牛仔骨 Honey pepper beef ribs Ive ever had, pork belly amazing, 云吞汤(8) Wonton Soup (8) very good
I really like coming to this restaurant for their good sushi. It's always a great experience dining here.
