Bobboi Natural Gelato

A great selection of vegan options at this gelato place, which seems to pay close attention to high-quality ingredients. The vegan pistachio gelato is so fabulous that I am glad, for my waist and wallet, that I don't live closer. I can also vouch for the mango and chocolate options. The smallest cup looks very small, but they pack in a huge amount of gelato, including 2 different flavors if you want, so it's actually a very generous dessert. I love the sign that explains why ugly (imperfect) fruit is a great, sustainable choice.

I'll be honest: I'm not a giant fan of gelato, but the pistachio gelato at Bobboi is AMAZING! I had to go back the second day of my trip to La Jolla to get more. The staff was delightful and friendly. The atmosphere is fun, right within sight of the beach, and with both indoor and outdoor seating. The line was out the door, but the service was fast. There are lots of vegan choices, but I must say, you're going to want to start with the pistachio!

the pistazie is good. legit the best vegan ice/glato I had worked in a long time 4/26/20: we have made an online order of the pistachios and they gave us an entire company for the price of the half!

best gelatos in the city! they are a must during the walk around the jolla village. great service, seasonal aromen. my favorites are the Mediterranean and the pistachios.
