So, this place once had the best burgers around but it was bought out in 2022 ... and now it has shoddy management/ownership, the food has all been lowered in quality/quantity but increased in price (and I mean before the big inflation hike), and any experienced staff were let go when the new owners took over (all new faces upon re opening, I 'm assuming so they could have free rein to bugger the place up AND avoid paying above minimum wage or any benefits). The owners seem to lack any management experience as they don 't seem to build a good rapport with their employees and are unable to adequately order items to keep things in stock. Not just ketchup or whatnot; I mean beef or onion rings....
I grew up in this small community. Bobs has always been a staple as the old-time mom and pop burger joint. A&W drive up left many years ago, but that was a franchise business. Bobs is home. You get the special meal, and you're straight. Bacon double cheese burger medium fries and medium drink. Didn't break the bank, and you were full. But for the beast in you, you gotta get the SUPER TRUCKER. It will blow your belly. Good food decent prices. Always the spot for soft served ice cream cones since its competitor Dairy queen left sunnyside a years ago. They have lots to choose from. Corn dogs, nachos, chili cheese fries , taco salads, and much more. Don't pass up on their 7up fountain soda.........
The new owners took a successful, functioning business that was an iconic spot for the valley, and they ruined it. The food keeps getting changed and gets worse with each iteration. It is sad that the owner is too stubborn thinking their way is better that they do not listen to the many criticisms voiced by myself and others. I can not for the life of me understand why some people try to fix what isn't broken. Congratulations on destroying a place I've enjoyed over 20 years. Hope your ego was worth it. I will actively avoid and reccomend people go elsewhere.
This place will put you into a food coma!! It was my first time getting anything from there. The burger was massive and I literally fell into a food coma for the next 4 to 5 hours. AWESOME JOB!! If I lived closer I would probably be 50lbs heaver than I am now... Keep up the good work.

I had a fantastic trucker burger! It was loaded with extra mustard, cut in half, and absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly too. I highly recommend coming to visit!
The service was excellent and incredibly friendly. We placed a large order, and they managed it flawlessly. I ordered the firehouse burger with an extra patty.
These guys work hard for you. And order request. They always do. I'd like mine cooked well. Light on the sauce and fries extra crispy.
I stop here every time I get to Sunnyside. I’ve been eating here for 55 years. Still the best burgers anywhere.
