I haven't eaten so bad since I was little and the financial possibilities were few. The restaurant is part of the Hotel Marriott, I can't think of how a hotel that is thought to be high-level can have a bad restaurant.

The food is midling in quality and wildly overpriced given how poorly it's plated and prepared. Service was mixed, some servers more welcoming than others.
