Bombay 2 Mumbai - Réserver une table

I wrote a review just over a month ago describing our disappointing poor experience with this restaurant. We had been to this restaurant many times before and had enjoyed it. Hoping that it was a one off bad experience last month, we decided to try...take away last week. Unfortunately, we were again let down. The food is tasty, but each dish was mostly sauce, with hardly any meat or chicken. We were left hungry again, despite having ordered what should have been more than sufficient for 4 adults. This is such a shame as it had been a very good Indian restaurant in the past. If this restaurant is not careful it will lose the loyal following of local residents. It has now lost us (two couples)...

I 've been to this restaurant on two occasions and each time I 've enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. There is enough room between tables that you feel you can have a private conversation and the staff are welcoming and attentive. Their suggestions about dishes were...well explained and proved successful. The dishes are tasty and arrive fairly quickly at the table. There is a good range of dishes available, from the familiar Indian dishes we all love to more exotic offerings. For people with sensitive (non Indian? stomaches no worries! A good night out.

Our large group had a wonderful experience with great hosts at this restaurant. The authentic Mumbai cuisine was served quickly and was delicious. The standout dish for me was the Sev Puri. Make sure to try the buttermilk and lemon juice. The only downside was that the stuffed paratha was a bit too spicy even for someone who was born and raised in India. We will definitely be returning soon!

The restaurant offers delicious, fragrant and aromatic sauces that are not just variations on the same base, but authentic creations made from scratch. With a good selection of dishes and sides, as well as a reasonably priced wine list, it is easy to have an enjoyable and affordable evening out.

I had lunch at this restaurant on Saturday afternoon. The food was excellent, and as I mentioned, they have a wonderful wine selection. I would definitely recommend this place.
