Very bad. Tried the quintessential Viet beef pho to see how this place faired but there was absolutely no effort made for a $15 bowl. The toppings were authentic but thats about it. The broth was literally just water and five spice sprinkled on. My first time making pho broth was x100 times better than this. Tried to give you guys another shot, only bc I live on the street, but man......your stuff is disgusting!!!! Have any of you actually been to Vietnam? I ordered a pork bahn mi and got a ham sub with jalapeno. The egg you used was a few days past it's due. Second time I received shity service and food. Avoid like the plague. Learn from my mistake
The food itself is good most of the time. However, the pick up/ordering process is never correct! A few times, I have come in to pick up my online order, and they never received it or they're making it as I arrive.... So I have to wait an additional 10—15 minutes. Bottom line, food is good but the customer service is annoying!
The pho wasn't good. The noodles were not fresh but soggy, precooked, and tasted microwaved. The broth did not taste good. The spring rolls were not fresh but suran wrapped and placed in the fridge that they had in front with the sodas. It was not authentic pho. I was very disappointed.

Totally loved the taste, the place, the price-satisfaction outcome but I think they might be able to add some more vegan options to their menu. They have a couple but it feels like they van do way better. Even though it's a pretty nice culinary experience
I waited 1 hour and 5 minutes for a sandwich and 4 wings. This wasn't delivery, I was sitting at a table. Food was odd. Sandwich was all bread, wings were cold and rice was undercooked. I don't think I'll go back, and I live right next door.
If I could give this dirty a place no stars I would. I recommend everyone stay away from this trash place. Go anywhere else but here. They put all your food in the microwave, your better off heating up hot pockets!
Since moving to Chicago last year I have been on the hunt for a new pho spot and finally found Bon Bon. The beef pho is delicious every time I order and the bubble tea is amazing.
