I can say I have now found the worst service in Alberta and I'm pretty sure the worst in the world. Food was what you expected from a BP but the staff are under trained and don't care in any way. I have never seen such bad service. We sat on the lounge side at 9:30 on July 31 with the other 10 people there. In our time we watched to groups of six walk out due to staff being to lazy to walk out to the customer. New flash maybe it's time to look for a new career because this is not the right one I would go hungry before I went here again !
We had never encountered this chain before, and it seemed comparable to Applebees or Chili’s. I had the bowtie chicken with pesto and my wife had the shrimp tacos, and it seemed like she got quite a few shrimp. We both enjoyed our meal. Maybe it was the shock of the currency exchange, but this place seemed a little pricey, as a medium pizza averaged about $27 Canadian. This particular restaurant was a little bit hidden behind a Ramada Inn next to a Walmart.
As people who go to this restaurant often, we seen a huge decline in service recently. We seen many other people complain to get service because they've waited 20 minutes plus for someone to get a drink order. Food is the same, however, the service isn't what it use to be. Servers are terrible and their doesn't seem to be much internal communication. As of right now their are many other great places in Pincher Creek to eat such as The Grill and Luigis.
Typical BP Menu...not very exciting! They really need to consider a menu "makeover". It's just plain....well boring.Ordered Pasta (spagetti with shrimp). Shrimp were anything but even close to fresh! They had little color at all...mostly opaque grey...yuch!Had to wait for them to clean a table. Rather strange when the restaurant was inly a little over half full.Think next time I happen to be hungry in Pincher, I'll just keep going. Réservez une table maintenant
Today's service was excellent, but there were two men in a booth next to us. One of them fell asleep and began snoring, which was not ideal for a lunch date. When we politely mentioned it to him, he became very defensive and used inappropriate language. The server should have involved the management, but unfortunately did not. I had to endure his abusive behavior and am pretty sure I will not be returning to that restaurant.
Not much selection in town as it was Tuesday so we went to an old standby…We shared the Thai Chicken Bite appetizer and a fresh side salad. Total price, with a Pepsi and tax, was $26.00. Both dishes, although nothing special, were very good. The greens were fresh. More importantly, our waitress was excellent. Great value!
We had a large group ( 5 adults and 5 children) that did not have a reservation and yet we were served with prompt,friendly service and the food was well prepared. My husband and I went back a few nights later and experience the same high level of service. We would definitely eat here again.
