Later, when my mother-in-law visited, we attempted to use Eat Street for a carry-out order. The estimated time for food availability was set for 6:10 PM. My daughter and I arrived just before that time to pick up our order, but nothing was ready. When I inquired about the status, the staff said they would check. After a while, they returned without any update, leaving us waiting. After another ten minutes, I asked the host again, and he assured me it would be brought out shortly. The food was tasty, and the service started off very attentive, but it became less so once the restaurant got busy. They offer a decent selection of beers, although I would appreciate a few more stouts or porters. A barrel-aged beer served in a snifter would also be a lovely option for after dinner. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant.
