The service was very attentive without being overbearing and she was super friendly and knew her stuff. Our group ordered the filet mignon, rib eye steak, and beef rib ragout, and each dish was outstanding in both taste and portion size. The restaurant sources its beef from local Nieslanik ranchers, which truly shone through in the freshness and flavor of the meat. We also shared sides of mushrooms and creamed corn, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we indulged in their fantastic butter cake paired with vanilla bean ice cream – absolutely scrumptious!
I highly recommend this dining spot. Just a note about parking: being downtown, it can be a bit tricky, but you can usually find parking within a block.
Found it listed on Google and decided to try it. So glad we did!! Crab Cakes appetizer was wonderful!! Colorado Rainbow Trout was Heavenly! Braised Short Ribs and Pancetta Ragu was so tender I cut it with a fork!! They use locally sourced beef and produce, so the flavors were outstandingly fresh!! Highly recommend a visit!!!
Every time I visit this restaurant, I feel like I've been robbed. The food is underwhelming given the prices, and I always leave feeling let down, as if I've been duped, even when I just order a cocktail and some appetizers. The service is consistently average as well. I've decided not to go back anymore.

Not a good experience for the money. Music was loud and didn't go with the dining atmosphere, felt like i was in a bar. Food presentation unappealing Price point for food quality did not match.... dropping $100 for 1/2 a chicken in a pan and old salad...not coming back
Great food and service. We split the Southwest Chicken (on a buttery torta roll) that was awesome and the Pear and Goat Cheese Salad . both were very satisfying. Service from two staff members was great very friendly.
There version of a Moscow Mule was superb. Beef tenderloin was amazing. We requested medium, but it came o the table very rare. It went back to the kitchen and came back perfect.
This is exactly what Carbondale needed! Super cool bar/patio and dining room option. Excellent food, friendly staff great environment. We will be frequenting this establishment!

I recommend dining here. The only downside was the cramped seating, but everything else was enjoyable.
Delicious bison steak and potatoes. Also the wedge salad was superb!
