Uncomfortable chairs, plastic plants, smokers paradise and a service that manages to be slow, rude and dismissive. After waiting 20 minutes for two beers, and getting splashed by the waiter when setting them in the table, the experience was not a positive one. Of course since this is 100% a tourist trap, they hit you with a mandatory tip screen (you need to find the small “no tip” button). Let me say this for all our visiting friends. THERE ARE NO TIPPING IN SWITZERLAND! Do not tip unless service is EXCEPTIONAL. The waiters are French people who get pay 5x their homeland salaries, they make BANK, they don’t need your TIP.
