Bria Bistro - Réserver une table

It was my first time in Bria Bistro and it wasn't disappointed. The restaurant is small and cozy with the kitchen in a corner where you can see the flame jumping. The staff is friendly and real. The server offered a menu explanation with only enough humor and true appreciation of the food. The food came out quickly and we were lost in taste. I mean, I knew it was going to be amazing because the moment I went to the place where the rumors drowned me. I ordered the Picatta and it was divine. The handle of the caper against the taste of tomatoes was perfectly wrapped around pasta and artichoke hearts. My husband ordered the chicken parmesan and the sauce was all that a marinara should be. We also enjoyed the Bruschetta, which was served with herbal tea goat cheese! This may have been my first time, but it will certainly not be my last. Good job, Bria!

A couple of us had a bunch of small plates. Each one absolutely delicious! Casa Salad, Oysters (raw baked! Clam Chowder, Margarita Flatbread Meatball Appetizer. We sat at the bar had a great time, with great service. I love to watch them in the kitchen through the glass!

Food was good but not as good as in the past. We loved the chocolate chip cherry gelato and my husband loved the lasagna. My gnocchi was just okay. It needed more sauce and none of the crunchy things they placed on top.

We were 5 and the first table seated after they opened. Service was good and no service glitches. I enjoyed my spaghetti with meatballs. Table also enjoyed the bottle of Justin cabernet. Ample parking.

Bria Bistro is a wonderful culinary experience with experienced cooks and delicious waiting staff. The Gnocchi alone is worth the trip. We will try again more from their fabulous menu.
