Had to order yumcha off a menu. Surely you can't call it yumcha if the food is not brought around on a trolley. Understand, that is a part of the experience the trolley!!! I understand it is probably to save costs. But it takes away from the experience. But I thought to myself well at least we will get exactly what we want because we are ordering from a menu. The wait, was too long and the food, THE FOOD WAS BARELY WARM when it got to the table and tasted kind of stale!!! Is it wrong to expect hot, fresh yumcha? The service was great. No problems there. But if you are going to insult your customers by poor quality food that is cold, don't expect customers to return. I won't be. Am very disap...

If upper class dining is getting served our first cups of water an entire hour into dinner, then perhaps I’ve misunderstood what it means to pay a premium for hit and miss foods in a coveted location. If asking if we want any wine, 50 minutes into service is normal, then perhaps I’ll need to pay more than twice the usual prices to get punctual service. If not clearing dishes for more than an hour until you literally cannot fit more dishes on the table is normal, then maybe I’ll need to start walking to the kitchen with them myself. To be clear, food was decent. But service needed to be upped a notch or two. Or three. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$100–120 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere...

Oh Phoenix how l missed you. To say l was over the moon to find out that the very popular Phoenix restaurant was opening in Brisbane is an understatement. I have been a huge fan of this restaurant that has been running for the last 20 years. Was quite a regular customer to the @rhodes_phoenix and @sky_yumcha restaurant and so I have always found the quality of yum cha to be on a whole new level. To me everything just tastes better at Phoenix and l was so happy to hear that Brisbane Phoenix will have some brisbane exclusive  yum cha items like the Fresh Crab Meat XLB, Scallop and Caviar Shumai and King Prawn and Goji Berries Rice Paper Roll just to name a few.

We started with the fresh crab meat Xiao Long Bao, which had a lovely flavor, but I would have preferred a thinner skin and a bit more broth. For our main courses, we ordered chicken with dark vinegar sauce and prawns with vermicelli and rice. Both dishes were delicious and perfectly seasoned! However, the chicken was a bit dry. I enjoyed the unique flavor of the deep-fried leaves that accompanied the chicken. The staff were helpful and polite throughout our meal. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, though I found the prices to be a bit steep—$26 for a stir-fried mixed vegetable dish seemed excessive! Réservez une table maintenant

I've been there several times for both yum cha and dinner, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. The restaurant's setup is quite sophisticated, featuring a sleek black-themed decor. The yum cha offerings are delicate and fresh, while the dinner menu boasts a wide range of options, including seafood and local produce. I highly recommend the wagyu beef, soy spatchcock, and salt-and-pepper squid. They also have private rooms available for special occasions.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! I enjoyed everything we ordered, particularly the Steamed Coral Trout Fillet in Chilli Sauce and the Crispy Skin Spatchcock in Shandong Sauce. The dishes were exquisitely prepared, and the service was professional, warm, and welcoming. Combined with the comfortable and elegant atmosphere, we had a truly wonderful evening dining at Brisbane Phoenix.

The set banquet was absolutely delicious. So much variety and the serves were huge. We also had to ask for alternate options for one of our guests and were amazed at the variety of alternatives offered. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Though the food is a bit pricey, but the service and the food taste here is delicious. We tried one of the most recommended fish, roasted duck and eggplants. All of us quite satisfied with the food and definitely come back to try their yumcha menu! Réservez une table maintenant
