My boyfriend and I had dinner here recently and we were so happy!!! The food from the appetizer to the dessert was excellent! I don’t think I’ve had a dinner that’s excellent from start to finish! Usually, something may be just ok. But I can honestly say this place is top notch!!! The decor had an old world but modern feel. The lighting reminded me of places in Zurich or Munich! We had the Dine Out menu which is definitely a must-try! You still have time! Our main dish was a shared pork shank of generous proportions that was so tender and just divine! We stopped here before heading into Boston for music...I was craving German comfort food and Bronwyn delivered!! It’s a lot tight, but they created a traditional German beer house interior...the noise level is high because the spot is so small and was a little difficult getting in and settled, but once we did it was fantastic! The bread dumplings were perfect and the beer selection was spot on!
The restaurant has a great selection of German beers (the Austrian and Polish selection is rather poor) but the food leaves a great deal to be desired. It's a strange, not really authentic mix of German and Eastern European cuisine. For American standards it's an OK place but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to try some authentic food from German-speaking countries.
Great German food with a twist, Currywurst anyone? Had the Spatzel and bratwurst sausage, delicious. So good I had to have more. Started with a Bretzel with horseradish mustard, wonderful. Anyway thanks Bronwyn for a great dining experience. Did I mention the 32 German beers available?

Having grown up in Germany I really miss German food and beer gardens. Bronwen at least gives me a sense of being back there. The food is good and I love the gurken salat and Brezen. Miss, miss, miss real german biergartens.
Delightful Sunday brunch! Loved every bite as did my kids, who dove into some familiar options and explored new tastes on the Bronwyn menu. Will come back to try their expansive beer list and enjoy dinner fare.
We loved everything about our dining experience here, from drinks to dessert. Our waiter was amazing and explained things thoroughly to us. We will definitely be returning!
We had the Häxe and a wurst plate and pretzels and spätzle and everything was great!
