Brown Rice-Rushcutters Bay

Each time we pass this little restaurant it's busy, so we decided to try it on Friday evening and we weren't disappointed. The staff are so friendly, the prices are reasonable, and we thoroughly enjoyed each dish we ordered. We particularly liked the pork gyoza, spicy tuna roll and the chilli/garlic beef dish. They also serve the healthier option of brown rice, and it's BYO if you prefer your own alcohol, although they do sell beer, wine and sake there. The style of the restaurant is small and simplistic which really works; it's just not somewhere you'd go overly dressed up for a night out.

We were looking for somewhere to eat on a Sunday night and passed this Japanese restaurant on a walk around the area. It is a quaint and tiny place at the end of Bayswater Rd. The seating is small and you can share with other diners, at the time we were there it filled up with individuals and families as well as takeaway customers coming in to pick up their dinners too.The food was fresh and delicious and larger portions than the average Japanese restaurant, the staff were friendly and prompt, which all made the evening a happy night to start of the week ahead.

Enya is a small Japanese restaurant serving the local Elizabeth Bay community with great Japanese food. The menu is not extensive, but a full range of Japanese dishes locals enjoy. We attend regularly as a group and order many dishes to share. It is BYO, however they have some very good Sake, beer and wine.The service is friendly Japanese.The do catering and deliver If you are looking for a larger sashimi, dish it is best to order in advanceThe cost is usually around $30 each for a great meal

Thankyou Enya staff for accomodating our group of 6 last night. The food is delicate, delicious and full of flavour. A huge range of delicious hot and cold dishes all taken with extra time and care in the preparation and delivery. The staff are professional and very helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone that appreciates the true flavours of Japan at an affordable price. A must eat in Sydney. Réservez une table maintenant

I live around the corner of that tiny restaurant that can sit only around 15 people at the time and I can't get enough of their food! It taste like authentic Japanese cuisine, the staff is so friendly and offers great service and the place is really cozy.I highly recommend their okonomiyaki, their octopus balls and their wagyu beef. Super yum!!!

Unpretentious, small, clean Japanese restaurant with very friendly and accommodating staff. Service was quick and efficient, food was delicious and generous and good range of Japanese beverages on the menu. Daily special board. Would highly recommend a visit here.

From the greeting to the ending it was pleasurable and delicious. Fresh, simple and the real deal regarding Japanese cuisine. I even asked them to make something simple (tobiko sushi) that was not on the menu and they sorted it with a smile! Great place!

Visited Enya this evening was absolutely delighted good portion sizes and very very friendly and helpful waitresses. Along with a quaint feel. Also very reasonably priced food can't speak highly enough of this place a must try if you are in Sydney Réservez une table maintenant

Quality authentic Japanese food. A kind welcome from the chef and staff...even a free app after we ordered some wine and sushi. Highly recommend. Great neighborhood spot.

Terrific little Japanese Eatery. Well priced interesting food. My favourite item is the Sashimi Taco (spicy salsa). BYO or wine $5 a glass and Japanese beers available.
