First time going to a bruster's since we moved to stone mountain. Its not bad could be factored that it was memorial day and so shortened hours and limited staff. But milkshake I got was kinda let say soupy, I'm used to bit thicker milkshakes. It was tasty but still a bit disappointing. But hopefully going during a less busy day might yield better results. Enjoyable just a tad disappointed.
The customer service is great! I appreciate that. However, this one runs out of favors often at least in the last week I have been. Also, for some reason the ice cream doesn't seem to be as cold compared to other Busters. The new flavors are verytasty! Editing my review after going for the last two weeks the ice cream is much colder. They have definitely improved!!!
I have been to this location a few times and everytime the ice cream is fresh and delicious!! Consistency is key for me and this location is consistent. I always forget to take pics and post because I eat it so fast : Service is pleasant and appreciate them offering and reminding me to try the new flavors when they come out. Helps me get out of my comfort zone.
Parking: This may not be the responsibility of Bruster's, but the parking area could use some paving. It has been a mess since as long as I can remember! Lighting at the rear of the building, though, is up to the store. People cut through that area of the parking lot at dusk, and it gets very dark; the sounds from the rear of the building can be scary! Réservez une table maintenant
I have gone several times and each time my order is incorrect …I ordered two waffle bowls got home and it was just in a bowl …they forgot one one my orders and tried to say I don’t pay for it ..do u mean to tell me I paid 27 for two waffle bowls at 7.99 each ..taking my business back to Hugh Howell
Last monday I was accommodated by the sweet, white young lady. I ordered a brownie sunday and she made it perfectly!! The brownie was the perfect temperature and she put just the right amount of fudge. Next time i'm definitely coming back and tipping, GREAT SERVICE!
Open sign stays on even after closing i walked up and was told they was closed but they continued to serve others. Also hours are not posted correctly in window need better service and accountability . Hugh Howell is a better location and better service
The delightful young woman providing excellent customer service was very bright and pleasant. She was a lovely person to interact with, and her presence made the delicious ice cream experience even better. Réservez une table maintenant
