My experience at this restaurant was below average. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I had a frustrating experience when I tried to place an order through the app. Despite spending about sixty dollars and customizing my burrito, I was told I had to include a cold topping, which I didn't want. I ended up adding guacamole and specifying "guacamole on the side" in the instructions, but my request was ignored. While my family enjoyed their meals, I was left unsatisfied and even my dogs ended up eating my food. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again through the app, as it seems there are issues that make undesired choices mandatory. I'll wait to order in person instead.
The food was excellent, but the service took an excessively long time. Initially, the girl and a young guy spent too much time flirting while he was preparing the chihuahua dish. After that, she was the only one working, and it was clear she didn't want to be there. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience really stood out.
I hate to be negative, but since no one answers the phone there, I feel compelled to leave this review. I usually enjoy Bubbakoo's, but this location has lost my business. The shrimp was undercooked, the queso was cold, items were missing from my order, and the chips were soggy. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience.

Haven't been to this chain in awhile and wasn't disappointed. I was greeted at the counter and the person making my food was very pleasant. Food was delicious and well priced for the amount of food. Recommended this to anyone that likes Chipotle but wants more flavors and options.
Came to place order, 3 workers behind the counter. They acknowledge me but that's all two people working on one order the other one keeps walking out of the kitchen looking at me and go back doing something else. Very poor management, I left before placingorder disappointed
