The customer service was odd—no eye contact, mumbling from the staff, and all the toppings were just piled in one spot on my rice ball. Instead of a good mix of flavors, I ended up with rice topped with cheese, rice with meat, and rice with lettuce, all separate from each other. I've visited other locations of this chain before and had positive experiences, but this time was definitely not good. I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The tacos were outstanding—definitely some of the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend the chicken with sweet chili sauce; it's delicious! The staff was extremely friendly and offered great assistance when I encountered an issue with my order.

The burrito bowl was incredibly delicious—definitely one of the best I've ever had! However, I wasn't a fan of the chips; they lacked flavor and just weren't my preference. The guacamole was also a bit disappointing, and there wasn't much of it served.

Great place! Armando is very helpful and kind. My moms favorite are the steak nachos. What?s stands out about them is the steak and shrimp that gets cooked when ordered. The taste is great.

Wow! This is an excellent alternative to Chipotle. The food is fresher and of higher quality. The quesadillas, in particular, are fantastic. I hope to see more locations open up nearby!
The fries were served cold and undercooked. The flavor was dominated by chicken, with barely any ranch or bacon to be found. I also didn't notice any cheese in the dish.
