Bubble World - Réservation de table

Never answer the phone, I’ve called several times on different days and they never answer the phone. So instead of ordering over the phone to pick it up I had come in and order. When I was waiting for my food to be ready I could hear the phone ringing and no one would even go to pick it up. And they were not busy so what is the excuse? It’s really frustrating when they have the option to call and order but they never pick up the phone. Not to be rude, but why have a phone at all if you’re not going to answer it ?!

Customer service is really bad at this location. Waitresses here seem like they don't enjoy their job. They ignore you and are very rude.I ordered for pick up once and when I asked for my order the waitress seemed annoyed and asked to see my ID... not sure if she wanted to double check my name or what but that was the first time someone wanted to see my ID for a to go order.

We order oolong milk tea with coffee jelly but seems like it’s less than usual amount of coffee jelly, white choco oreo, and deep fried squid noodles. The fried squid is chewy, crunchy and tasty ?. This place is perfect for late night snack or after work meal.Server name tanya on the receipt is pretty nice, she’s not rushing us to order

No cx service. Extremely rude. Overpriced for average food. Ordered 2 bubble teas. Last time they sent through uber eats without straws. This time in person, rude and a rip off. Ordered salty pepper chicken nuggets, $27.00 couldn't provide details receipt and take a look at what we were given. Réservez une table maintenant

Food is not bad, but not great. Mentaiko Udon is a bit bland and could be creamier (the Sushi Cali version is orders of magnitude better). The fries shrimp is good.Getting drinks to go is okay though. I recommend trying their matcha ice cream slush.

You have to scan a qr code on a receipt like thing to order and the employees don't talk to you, not helpful, so there's basically no service. The food was good though. No they didn't seem short staffed that day.

Ordered online, paid, got email confirmation, text confirmation, and notification my order is ready. When i get to the restaurant i was told they lost my order. Had to wait for them to prepare everything again.

This place was awesome! The waiters are kind and get your order right first try! I dont get the 3.6 star rating (as of Nov 12,2023) at all. Réservez une table maintenant

The best to get bubble tea. I ordered Taro milk tea and it was damn good. Will come back here soon if I come to Surrey next time.

Good food.. good sizes.. place could use an upgrade. But overall a good place for salty peppery
