UPDATE: It went from 1 star to 4. Shortly after I posted my review I received a call from a gentleman who I assumed was the owner. He apologized and had the pepperoni roll delivered. Although the franchese didn't come over the linguine it wasn't horrible. I will consider ordering again to give it another shot.I wouldn't even give it a one. They didn't give me the pepperoni roll I ordered. I called the number to see if it was them or Uber Eats. The lady couldn't understand me. She said a few words in english. I will never order from this restaurant again because of the way the owner treated me. I placed a to go order for one order of pasta and it took over an hour, even though the place was empty, and the owner told me to “get out of his restaurant“ when I questioned why the pasta was taking so long. He was extremely disrespectful, was not even wearing a mask, and wouldn’t be shocked if he spit in my food after our encounter. His attitude was horrible. Terrible, terrible service. I suggest finding another place to eat, unless you don’t mind waiting an hour for your food and being yelled at. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
I ordered from this restaurant a few days ago, and my experience was terrible. When I received my order, it was unappetizing. I couldn't even take two bites before noticing a couple of hairs in my food. When I called to voice my complaint, I was put on hold and never received a follow-up. I will NEVER be dining here again. If I could rate it lower than one star, I definitely would. My overall rating would be -6/10.
Takes 2 hours to deliver. Food is cold. According to most of the responses below from the owner, they are still learning from their mistakes.Mistakes cost money.....

This place sure knows how to please their customers. Always with a very friendly approach. The food is conveniently priced, regularly fresh and clean.
Pizza was not fresh and the garlic knots were barely edible from how hard they were. The marinara sauce was really good, better than the knots
Pizza was horrible , Owner was rude , threw my pizza away and ordered from another pizzeria..definitely not going back there
Decent eggplant hero... Not a ton of eggplant, but the price was very fair and the sandwich very tasty
