The food here is as expected, kind of low quality yet yummy if you?re in the mood for heavy fried wings, especially the boneless wings which are On specials on Thursdays where you can buy one get one free. Very heavy on the batter not much meat. A nicevariety of sauces though with varying heat levels. Some perks of the place: lots of TVs for different sports games to watch, agood selection of beers, air conditioning, decent wings; and some cons: bathroom smelled gross, service was mediocre, clienteleis loud and lots of kids, more of a bar scene than a restaurant. You know what you?re getting when you go to BDubs.
The fork smelled like eggs. The food was visibly and in taste, not fresh and was clearly reheated. The bun was hard at bottom and when complained they just brought another bun to table and told us to switch it. Usually the order is re done. Carry outorder was brought before our ordered dine in items were brought in. No ketchup on table. Chicken tots is a joke. It's allpotatoes with not even 2 ounce of shredded chicken on top. Why name it as such. Bathroom had very bad and stale smell. Thefaucets had mold as in the pics and video. We are never returning here again.
Everytime I order online there?s always a problem with them. I suggest you check your orders before you leave the restaurant. I had two to go orders, one of them didn?t include the fries the other one the tater tots were literally so hard they wereinedible. The only reason why this review is getting 2 stars is because they manager was super nice and decided to give me arefund. Other than that I will definitely be avoiding online ordering at this location from now on.
This place has been left to it?s employees to manage themselves, and it shows; in the cleanliness of it from floor to tables and men bathroom. The 3 different sauces were in same pile. Unfortunately not all wings were covers in sauce. (see picbelow). Overall this place is failing, from corporate to management.

The service was disappointing. The waiter was hardly present, failing to provide utensils, refill drinks, or check in on our meal. It felt like the restaurant was staffed by inexperienced high school students. Even considering it's a chain, the level of service was below average.
For our first time coming here from Canada. Boneless wings weren't great. Bone in is amazing. Waiter told us he was high messed up some of our wings. Forgot my coke till we were ready to go. Drinks were good. Some of the restaurant was dirty with crumbs
I had to wait about 10 minutes for a host to greet me, who then informed me that the wait would be an additional 10-15 minutes. So essentially, I spent 10 minutes just waiting for the host.

Great service despite how busy the restaurant was. We especially enjoyed our Asian zing cauliflower buffalo wings and fried pickles! Their salad was mediocre.
Awful service! The host was nowhere to be found at the front, and the staff in the back just watched us while we waited for someone to assist us.
