Buffalo Wing Factory

So after a couple of years we decided to give this place another chance. They remodeled the furnishings so we hoped for better. The food was bluntly awful, service was glacially slow, experience was comically bad. Ordered a smashburger med rare w “runny egg” on top. What I got was well past well done and the egg was completely solid and smelled of sulphur. Took almost an hour to get our food, service was largely absent, management clearly does not care about guest experience. Awful food, awful service, not going to give this place another chance.

This restaurant is a cozy spot with great wings. It was recently renovated, which was a nice touch. The appetizers are delicious, especially the Brussels sprouts. I wish they offered a larger portion, but I would gladly pay extra to have them as a side with my chicken sandwich. The wings are priced at almost $2 each, which may seem high, but the portion size is generous. It's worth noting that the price per wing decreases when you order a larger quantity. I sampled five wings and found them to be tasty and reasonably priced.

3 First time eating at this restaurant and probably will be my last. It wasn't all that good. The curly fries were hard. The wings sauces wasn't all that spectacular. Tbh Deliahs in Alexandria, Virginia has better wings than this place. But to each it's own. Our services and waitress was great.

Gets really busy here right now. The staff seems overwhelmed, BUT they are very kind and then food odd to be expected. If in the area, will definitely go here again!Kid-friendliness: Good for family's with kids. Children can get a coloring mat. Réservez une table maintenant

Fortunately, the manager spoke to me and apologized for the poor service. He seemed sincere and genuinely cared about making sure I enjoyed my meal. The manager completely turned the visit around and made it a positive experience.

Ordered 30 wings takeout. The wings were cold and I was there in less than the “30 mins it would take”. Tasted like they were sitting around since lunch and recoated to look fresh. Disgusting! First and last order.

Ask for Austin if he’s working, he is the best. Also wings are the best in the area. I personally love the fiery garlic parmesan and the 911. Definitely come here on Wednesday or during “Fire Hour” for 1 dollar

The service at this restaurant is absolutely outstanding. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. I visited during the football games and they had all of them on. I will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant

The restaurant offers fast service and delicious food. They also have a great variety of beers to choose from. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a typical sports bar with plenty of TVs.

The service is excellent and the food is mouthwatering. I adore the vegetable choices and the staff is incredibly welcoming.
