Working nearby, I’ve tried many places with burgers on their menu, and Burger 7 stands out for being budget-friendly, bursting with flavor, and served quickly. If I were to rate them overall, Burger 7 would come just after Five Guys. Their burgers aren’t as heavily seasoned as Shake Shack’s, but they definitely have plenty of taste. A small detail I appreciate is that these are true cheeseburgers, not just burgers with cheese. I highly recommend Burger 7 to everyone. I’ve already introduced it to my coworkers at the Mosaic District, and they love it too.
I visited Burger 7 to place an order and accidentally knocked over a large gelato sign with my leg, which fell onto my foot. The sign wasn’t properly secured, and I got hurt. Despite my pain and being close to tears, the cashier showed no sympathy and just asked if I was ready to order. When I spoke with the manager, Mohammed, he initially denied that the sign could have fallen on its own, but he later apologized. I was shocked by the staff’s careless and unprofessional behavior at this restaurant.
The service at this restaurant is highly disorganized. It feels like they are indifferent to whether customers come in or not. There was no one at the ordering desk, and when a customer did arrive, the staff just stood there like robots. Instead of coming out from the kitchen, they were merely peering through the door. It really makes you question what’s happening behind the scenes. Treating others with kindness shouldn’t be seen as a weakness or inferiority in any culture. This is simply absurd.
The service was really quick, and they even provided me with a cup of water for my takeout order while I waited. The staff was extremely courteous, and my order was spot on. I ordered a chicken sandwich, a burger, and fries, and the total came to around $24.

This was our first visit to Burger 7, and it certainly won’t be our last. The food and service were excellent! My son and I truly enjoyed everything.
