Burger Burger - Réserver une table

The best thing this place does is the chocolate milkshake. I'm serious, they have a malty taste to them like old style milkshakes do. It's the only thing I go here for now and IMO the only reason to go here period.As for the burgers, they're pretty mediocre. This is one of those places that seems to think that a ridiculously thick patty is the secret to success. If you think biting into a hunk of cooked ground beef is your idea of culinary heaven, then this place will appeal. Otherwise it's pretty bland and honestly it's outclassed even by the Wendys a short distance up the street.I'm not sure I really get the hype about the fries either. I honestly didn't think they were anything special. Personally I'm not really into the whole rustic skin-still-on thing anyways as I find it makes fries taste bitter. I compare all fries to the ultimate: McDonalds fries. This place falls a long way short of that mark.Basically, I think this is one of those places that tastes 1000 times better if you're drunk, and as a place that's right next to a bar and closes at 3am, something tells me that's where most of the rave reviews are really coming from.

My husband, brother and I went to Burger Burger for lunch on April 9, 2017 for the first time. We checked out the menu, and although I wanted to try a burger, there was no single patty options so I decided to go with "chicken chicken" and my husband and brother opted for "say cheese". If you end up getting a combo, it can be on the more expensive side. For the two of us, it cost about $32. The girl that took our order was very nice and helpful and the guys in the kitchen were extremely nice as well, asking us how our weekend had been and if we had any plans for the rest of the day. When we received our food, we were surprised by the amount we got! If you like chicken burgers, get the chicken chicken, it was delicious and had little cut up pickles on the burger and my husband said his was delicious! A for sure must try - would be a great hangover cure!

I made an order for a group of 7 using Just Eat. There were no options for adding toppings so I assumed the items came as per website with pre-made toppings in the pictures (there were only the options to make it a combo or have grilled cheese as the bun). Two of the portobello burgers that came had absolutely nothing on them but the patty - no cheese/sauce/veggies. I tried getting in touch with Burger Burger over the phone - they told me to message them on Facebook. I did that, and have not received any response even though there has been page activity. I'm extremely disappointed with my first experience with Burger Burger. I would probably have not been this upset had they addressed my concern in any way, but their blatant disregard towards a customer concern will definitely not have me coming back.

The burgers are great and very filling. It might seem expensive but you get your money's worth and will not leave hungry. The problem is the uncomfortable stools to sit on, not to mention that only tall people can even use them. Four times, I have been there and cashiers are often slouched over the counter. Those things would not stop me from eating there but what happened yesterday would: the young fellow cooking the burgers put mustard on the bun and spread the mustard around with his finger instead of using a utensil. Gross, especially when they don't use gloves.

The burgers are actually made from real meat, they aren't simply frozen pattys, which is why you pay more to eat here. The fries are fresh cut, and they give you a very generous portion for the size you order. I personally thought the fries were amazing. My boyfriend got a burger, and I look forward to going back and trying the portobello burger. Not a whole lot of room to dine in, but take it on the go and enjoy it at home. great to eat after a night out!(DEFINITELY get the fries)
