I’m a frequently eat here cause it’s cheap and quick but a big complaint I have is if you’re making your customer wait for fresh food, make sure it’s all fresh. As a consumer it sucks to eat the first sandwich and it was really good but then you get to the second one and you can tell it’s old and has been sitting… it happens so unbelievably often and everytime it makes me not want to go back…
We really enjoy the Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich, but the size of the chicken pieces can be quite inconsistent. It would be great if you could aim to serve pieces that are at least close to the size of the bun, as we often find that half of the roll doesn't have any chicken on it.
This place is a nightmare to deal with, entirely from the top down. Extremely short staffed and frequent technical issues prevent me from being able to order online. The crew is short staffed. The entire place is filthy and disgusting.
I had the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had at Burger King! The chicken patty was cold and seemed old, and the lettuce was brown and wilted. On the bright side, the French fries were hot. Réservez une table maintenant
There was too much ketchup and mayo, or whatever the sauce was. It was oozing out all over the place, making it difficult to eat and quite unappetizing.
Guys for heavens sake get some consistency with the chicken pieces on the Royal Chicken Sandwich; or dont use a regular size bun
