Great service, great food!!! I like my steak especially rare... it was made to perfection although it might look raw on some of you... lol... how raw it could have been (that's just my preference) it's still... is so soft tender that it practically melts in your mouth like butter. Very difficult to cook such a steak. I order it so very rarely (no pills) every restaurant makes it right. The courts, what can I say? All that tastes that great is fried you probably don't eat every day, lol. Very delicious insanely guilty pleasure!!! Amazing experience around!!! (Our server was polite, interesting... we've tipped very strongly into appreciation) Great Job Long Horn!!!
