I ordered the Ghost Pepper Whopper through the app, along with some other items, and completed my payment. However, when I arrived at Burger King, they informed me that they were out of Ghost Pepper Whoppers and offered a regular Whopper instead—definitely advantageous for them, given what I had paid. I explained that I had already paid for a Ghost Pepper Whopper and asked what my options were. They seemed confused by my situation. It took me about half an hour to get a refund through the app. Honestly, I think the Burger King app is a scam!
The staff at this Burger King are well-trained in preparing food efficiently and keeping it as fresh as possible, all while serving it quickly. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and forgot to request an additional item, but when I mentioned it, they promptly informed the kitchen to make the adjustment. Everyone was friendly and attentive, especially the cashier, Jill, who took my order. She ensured everything was done correctly and made my experience enjoyable.
The service is decent, but they often forget something, especially if you're in a hurry. Make sure to check your bag and have the cashier repeat your order, as they rarely remember your drink or get your order right.
The burgers here are great! The restrooms require a code for access, which adds an extra layer of security. The Whoppers and fries were just as delicious as they should be.

I stop by Burger King every now and then since I live just down the street. It’s always clean inside, and they recently rebuilt it. It’s a very nice Burger King.
Right down the street, I always stop here because I love their French fries. The drive-thru is usually busy, but if you go inside, they serve you quickly.
They made my good fresh and it was bomb, Bryce taking order at the drive thru was so courteous and made sure my food was right, not all heros wear capes.
The service was quite poor, and the food was not visually appealing. There is a lot of room for improvement in every aspect.
