I don 't usually eat or review fast food places, but felt I had to after visiting here with the misses passing through Greenock and stopping for a quick bite. For the interests of your own health and safety....do not go here EVER. It is possibly the dirtiest and filthiest place I 've had the misfortune to visit. Tables not cleared, dirty floors and walls, tiles broken in various places. The toilets look more like a junkie den that hasn 't been cleaned since 1975. A staff member actually made a table dirtier and stickier when he wiped it with a clean cloth. An elderly dishevelled women was raking the bins for scraps, and the staff didn 't even bat an eyelid. The food itself was pretty inedibl...
Will never eat out of here again thats the last 3 times it has been vile and this time we complained as the food was not even edible at all. Chips black, onion rings stale and recooked for a week by the look of them and the chicken burgers were like a brick. Bread was so stale. Called down to complain to the so called manager who refused a refund then made ua go in out bin collect the food and bring ir back down and still argued about a refund she also made a statement and said dont you wish you cpuld hit your staff over the head sometimes . The refund was grudged and only given due to there being people waiting. This shop is always dead and no wonder people dont eat there as it is vile serv...
Visited with my family and will never ever visit again the place was filthy sticky dirty tables tables not cleared from previous customers dust cobwebs every where floor thick with dirt and grime could go on not to mention been overcharged and don't even try to make a complaint as you get ignored don't know how they remain open
Sitting in Burger King in Port Glasgow with my son, got our food 2 x sachet ketchup when my son went up to ask for another sachet of ketchup they have told them they have run out!!! Come on BK fast food place with no ketchup! There is a Tesco across the road ....

I went to Blythe restaurant and asked for tomato sauce for my chips and burger, but unfortunately they didn't have any. I then inquired about mayo, but they were also out of that. Disappointing experience.
I thought this was supposed to be fast food!! Ended up giving up and going somewhere else. They seemed to prioritize serving drive-through customers and completely ignored those at the counter.
Staff were friendly and gave our daughter a toy (even though she is too young for a meal). Food was good. No complaints. Was looking for cheap food while travelling and that's what we got.
There are holes in the floor where the food prep area is. The staff appeared to be chatting to each other rather than serve customers...could do with a deep clean and a revamp..

We visited from Hungary and were hoping to enjoy a tasty burger at this restaurant, but unfortunately the staff was impolite and unhelpful. I would not recommend dining here.
Clean with plenty of seating, pretty spacious really. Staff friendly and serve as quickly as they can depending on amount of customers. Food is tasty with a good variety.
