While I understand that there may be challenges with the staff or systems, I believe that management could improve by providing better training for new employees, especially during busy times. It would also be appreciated if they acknowledged and apologized to customers for the long wait times, perhaps even offering a complimentary drink as a gesture of goodwill.

The customer service at this restaurant needs improvement. The person at the register spoke very quietly through the loudspeaker, making it difficult to hear them. It also seemed like they were having a bad day and taking it out on everyone. This will be my last visit to this place. The food was not worth the price, as there was too much mayo on the sandwiches.

The restaurant is trendy, but the service is a bit slow. The navel theme decoration is puzzling.

When it comes to burgers. They nailed it. So good burgers and has a well trained staff.
