Customer service is horrible.! I used the app last night and opted for a free fry any size with combo. When i got there there was no one in drive thru and no cars in the parking lot. Only a young guy and rude girl.At the drive thru he read my order back whopper combo and sm fries. I said no, its a lrge fry. He said order says small. When i got to window to pay he said whopper combo and sm fry. I said no , it's a lrg fry. He said order says small. He told me to pull up to pay. When i paid i said i reminded them again its a lrg fry . When i pulled away, it was a sm fry. So i went back thru to the window and now the girl is there. I said i asked for a lrg. fry 3x. Well, I normally enjoy Burger King breakfast, you know what you're in for when it comes to burger king, but, sadly last time I went I had a very unpleasant experience through the drive through, completely ignored, and felt like I was a problem when I asked if I could order, I did wait a good 5-10 minutes before asking.
Young lady taking the order was new and super friendly….I had a special request and a dragon piped up and said they can’t do that….also sandwich was wrong and when I went in to get the correct one the dragon yelled and ripped into me. Nope don’t need this and I hope the new employee finds work somewhere else….
This place is ridiculous, I went there order my food waited they had it at the window ready. Only thing I had was a government issue 100 dollar bill for $20.00 food. They refused to take it and give me my food after I set there in line. This is crazy now people won’t even take money now!!! Smh shame on y’all.

The manager that was taking orders in drive thru was very rude, cut me off when trying to order , snotty. Did not get order right.. We had to go inside the building because we didn't get our onion rings or any straws for our drinks. She never even apologized for anything.
My food was cold I ate inside and had to wait several minutes because apparently drive thru was more important than dine in customers my biggest complaint is there is no easy way to call up their menu. I wouldn't eat here
This is the absolute worst Burger King in the world. Someone from corporate, please do a surprise visit on this place. It’s in the best interest of the company to have it shut down!
Just got breakfast this morning. It was absolutely a fantastic sandwich. I would definitely order breakfast from here again. The two ladies working were very nice and polite.

Horrible customer service, everytime I go my food is cold or looks like it was just thrown together. I always say thank you have a good one when I leave and they ignore me
this location actually has people who look like whoppers.. absolutely disgusting people who work here. especially the women kitchen staff.
