every single time I go to this burger king the food is disgusting. that is why I went out of my way to write this review. it's not just bad, it is literally disgusting. and the soda is always just seltzer. the last 5x I went there I paid for a soda just to take a sip and it's basically seltzer water. the mayo tastes like it was left out over night (something my husband notes every time we eat there. Got an eggnormous burrito this morning and it tasted like dirty mop water. avoid at all costs seriously.
This location is conveniently located on Route 18 North. It has a good dining area. The main dining area has even mounted a few TVs on the wall. The bathrooms are also very clean. It is well-occupied during the day, with at least seven employees who take orders and prepare them. Service is quick and friendly, taken with orders and served. There is also a drive-thru for those customers who do not want or do not want to go the time. It offers the usual BK menu.
The service was incredibly slow, and I assumed I would be served directly from the kitchen. Instead, my cold fries were just left sitting on the counter in plain view. The staff seemed indifferent and didn’t bother to move around to serve patrons. I could sense the irritation of the people behind me, likely annoyed with both the wait and me. It was a frustrating experience overall!
I misordered when I called in my order, and a manager reached out to me. They assured me that if I came back, they would make things right next time. However, when I returned a week later, I received the same incorrect order. I tried contacting the company, but nothing changed. It feels like customer feedback no longer matters, so I probably won’t be returning again.

The order came quickly, but I was given the wrong sandwich. The only thing that was right was the chicken and the bread. Not the first time this location has sent me the wrong order, but unfortunately its the only location available in this area on this app.
I love Burger King... it's my guilty pleasure to go home after a long day in my kitchen position. Her path is her motto. My only problem is that I have to check my burgers before I leave. Lol
BK is just what you'd expect. The food is usually tasty and served hot. I usually use the drive-thru, and the staff at the window are very friendly. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4 out of 5.
I always end up missing a meal every time I order from this place. I've learned my lesson and won't be coming back. Save yourself the hassle and don't order from here.

Don't go to this place. The girl running the drive thru was very nasty and rude.
