My child had a kids chicken burger, which was smaller than a McDonald's cheeseburger. My husband tried the spicy "crocodile" burger, which is actually beef. It was spicy as advertised, but lacked flavor - it was just heat with no taste. It was a waste of money; better to get a Big Mac and add hot sauce. The vegan chicken patty was nothing like chicken and did not resemble the advertised KFC spicy burger. It tasted strange and had a weird texture. Burger Urge Mackay is in a good central location with a nice airy but sheltered al fresco dining area. I had a "Donald Trump" burger and enjoyed it so much that I returned twice since for the same. Great service especially from the Venezuelan guy who took our order. It is also one of the few places in Mackay that actually makes an effort to provide Gluten free food, unlike 3 "steakhouses" that I tried with little success.

Staff couldn't be bothered to take order,more fun to be had running around with tea towels . Food ,when it wasn't busy at all took 30 mins to arrive,fries cold,burger patty cold,bread stale. Left the meal to eat elsewhere.

Service is awful. Everytime i must stand up and ask for a knife and fok. The burgers are every time different, many times less or missing toppings.
Great burger. Very friendly staff. I am going back to try more of their burgers. My favorites are the sweet potato chips yummy
So yum!!!! We had 2 of the American style burgers with sweet potato chips and Nutella milkshakes. Lovely and quick service.

The meat in the burgers was not cooked freshly and came out cold, as did the fries. I would have preferred KFC instead.
Had a Southern Style Chicken burger and chilli cheese fries. Damn! What a feed! Service was great too.
