Went for steak night but extremely disappointed. Asked for medium steak but was more rare.Few soggy chips, hard peas and two underdone soggy onion rings. No salad as advertsed. Food was also cold. Asked for a prosecco and was told had no cold ones . Was given small one off top shelf behind bar but when I opened it it was completely flat and very yellow so I think it must have been on the shelf a long while! Lady opened big bottle which again came from top shelf so was not cold but was bubbly. Can't believe there was no bottles in wine fridge. Sticky toffee pudding was good though. First time visit on recommendation at lunchtime. Staff were friendly, efficient and kept us informed of the progress of our meal. Our order was being cooked fresh and they were good sized portions. We were able to choose our own table and took one at the window. Although it over looked the main car park there was also a good view of the Forth and the bridges. the other side was a pleasant view of the Binn hill. It was only let down by the 'tired ' decor and dusty window sill. The gents toilet was well below par, smelly, broken toilet seat, urinals that were too high and needs refurbished urgently. After finishing our round of golf, we headed to the bar and dining area where a carvery was set up that day. The meal was delicious, with tasty cuts of meat and a variety of vegetables, roasties, potatoes, and Yorkshire puddings available. The staff were polite, well-dressed, and efficient. The dining area was spacious and well-organized. The bathrooms were also clean.
Played on 12/04/17 very friendly pro shop and members we met were welcoming and friendly. Course in great condition and well looked after, even with a gusting wind was very playable. Would recommend as a fair challenge, couple of blind shots for some holes so would be worth a visit or two just to get it right. Will definately be back.

Today, a group of 17 of us had lunch at this restaurant and it was fantastic. The appetizers, main dishes, and desserts were all delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was lively. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend the Burntisland Golf House Club.
This one of the oldest golf courses in the world and has fantastic catering. The food that comes out of the kitchen is of high end restaurant quality. Their theme nights are well attended, thoughtfully presented and great value. If you're not into golf, try the restaurant, you won't be disappointed.
This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The restaurant and food ordering process is clean and efficient, and the staff are helpful. However, the menu options are a bit limited. The friendly staff and beautiful views compensate for the lack of variety in the food choices.
Visited restaurant several times and attended golf club functions; never disappointed. Fish teas are scrumptious, steak nights more than value for money. Staff very welcoming and service excellent.
