Let me start by saying that I really enjoy Burritos Alinstante. I've been coming here for years, and I'll likely return again. However, I have a few concerns.
First, they only accept credit cards, which can be quite inconvenient. Second, their burritos are wrapped rather loosely; they tend to fall apart and create a mess everywhere. Lastly, during my last visit, I requested fewer toppings, but they overloaded my burrito instead. Additionally, the potatoes were undercooked and quite hard, almost raw. I think it's important for management to better train their staff, especially those working at the Broadway location.
Hubby and I shared the #3 #4!! Chicharrones were perfectly cooked. Green chile was delicious as always but hubby was disappointed that they were evenly spread. First half of burrito was nothing but meat and all the potatoes chile and cheese were all in the second half. Easy fix if you’re not driving.I only gave 4 stars because of the cost.3 burritos 1 mini burrito for $45!Can’t afford to go often because there is 7 of us. I get it though everything has gone up in price.Love the burritos and I’m so tempted to go try the tamales !
Drive thru many times you can get long line but goes fast. Thing is your in the street and can block traffic not good with many crazy drivers NM has. Order usually is carne adovada burrito with cheese no potato #1, and think was #4 bean, green Chile , chicharon add onion no cheese or the ground beef burrito green. Tacos are good too. Have to have card NO CASH. Fine with me I carry no cash.
$32.76 for 3 burritos. That is laughable. Especially when I opened the bag to see their regular size burrito. The taste was decent but greasy and very messy. This place used to be one of my go to burrito spots. Sadly the value went up and the qualitywent down. Way down. They need to reevaluate their quality control and portion size to price. Because they are definitely NOTadding up!

It seems that the prices keep increasing every month, making it feel overpriced for such small portions of food. I can get a larger burrito for under $10 elsewhere. The chicharrones were rock hard. This place was great last year, but now I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.
The breakfast burrito is so good! UPDATE! This is the BEST breakfast burrito I have found west of the Mississippi! Awesome staff and delicious food! If I could eat one of these every day I would! Keep up the great work and serving amazing food!!!
customer service is a 0 and for a medium-sized burrito that can not even be completely packed with a tiny tortilla. around 13.00 dollar per burrito ... they get a nice steak plate in a beautiful restaurant for this price. - What is that?
Food was good however they illegally charged me a non cash adjustment fee. The price for both cash and card was not posted. They have a sign on drive thru window that says card only and no signage that says an adjustment will be charged.

Used to love it here. But lately they don't know how to wrap a burrito. It comes all loose like a soggy taco. And the prices are ridiculous for such a small amount of food. I'm sure they'll blame rising costs but it's just excessive.
Bet breakfast burrito I've had in Albuquerque, never fails. I go all the time to get what I like.
