Cafe Baldeau - Réservation de table

my friends and I were looking for a relaxed place to get brunch in boppard, germany. it was a Sunday, and very few restaurants were open. we came over the cafe sooneau that looked out on the Rhine. we met burt on the pavement. He...was with 3 cake boxes for local delivery, but invited us back in 20 minutes for home made suppe, sandwiches and sweet tasty. we did this, and spent 2 hours eating and enjoying the view, along with burts charming hospitality. the potato soup was hearty, the sandwiches were delightful, and the apfelstrudel was a tasty bite. what a special time we had!

had a short break in this caffe when visiting boppard (13.6.2022) and had cappuccino with slices of cake that really delicious and some white wein. the cafe owner conditormeister sooneau was very polite, shows us some photos and explains the history of. the place a great visit with very delicious cake, thank you.

Einen Aufenthalt im Café Baldeau ist sicher eine wertvolle Erfahrung. Erstens die selbst gebackenen Kuchen sind aufgezeichnet. Es gab auch laktosefreie Angebote. Die Einrichtung des Lokales ist wirklich stylisch, ein Sprung aus dem Alltag in eine andere Welt.

We sat on the terrace overlooking the Rhein, delicious food, excellent selection of drinks and even better service. Vielen Dank Herr Baldeau, especially the extra big slice of Zwetschgendatschi for my wife Réservez une table maintenant

Food and wine are good, but evening spoiled by having to find ATM so we could pay. Not sure when they will join 20th (or 21st) century and accept cards. Took edge off evening. Welcome to Germany.

We stopped there for a coffee and a home made cake on our bike trip, a great place and worth taking a turn from the central city place. The cakes and the service are excellent RSTMN 9/10

Very nice place right on the riverside. The owner spoke excellent English showed us old pictures of the family run business. Fantastic selection of cakes pastries!!

Excellent service with a large variety of delicious cakes and pastries. Well worth a visit the owner is very helpful and it's not expensive.

delicious homemade cakes and a very friendly owner! definitely stop them when they can and look at the photos of the caffe about the years.
