I love Caffè Nero and have been to many outlets from London,Leeds,wakefield etc etc.But today was so disappointed With the service and attitude

It's become our Saturday morning coffee stop. My two boys (dogs) Harvey Oscar are always welcomed. Great friendly staff and fab coffee.
