Super cute hole in the wall hidden off 7th and Main you do NOT want to miss!! Seclusive hours but worth finding the time to enjoy a selection of tapas and finely crafted cocktails well above the rest of Main Street's standards. I swear finding this place changed my life in Stroudsburg, you're in luck to catch Bert bartending as he crafts all of the drink menu and can tell you plenty about their history. Also met a lovely girl named Taylor who crafted me the prettiest delicious drink featured here out of her imagination. :

Treat yourself!! Cappy's speakeasy atmosphere is fun and cozy. The specialty drinks are amazing and the food is delicious! The staff is awesome and make Cappy's a wonderful place to patronage!

My husband and I enjoyed our stop at Cappy's. The drinks were very good. We ordered the bruschetta and deconstructed chicken gyro, both very delicous. Our waitress was very attentive.
