After a long day of baseball and a track meet, we decided to pick up food to go. Unfortunately, when we got home, all four of our orders were incorrect. I called the restaurant to complain, and the manager went above and beyond by personally delivering new meals to my house. He was incredibly accommodating and wonderful! I had hungry and tired kids, so finding our orders were wrong was disheartening. In my opinion, Capri excels in customer service and customer satisfaction.

I called to complain and the manager BROUGHT OVER for new meals to my house!!! He was SO accommodating and so wonderful! I had hungry tired kids and when you open up the bag and find out your order is wrong....you just want to cry. Capri, in my book, is OUTSTANDING with customer service and customer satisfaction!!!
Very disappointed we had to wait over 30 minutes past our reservation time to even be seated. They seemed to be overwhelmed. Once seated, 10 minutes before a server approached us so overall set a bad tone for dinner......food good as usual.

We love the music in the background especially when they play Frank Sinatra. Maybe my husband ordered the wrong food but mine was great.
All in all very good. If I were to be picky, I'd say my linguine could have come out of the water minutes earlier. Good meal tho.
