This was my first time visiting a Five Guys. I arrived about 25 minutes before closing, which I know can be considered inconsiderate since I've worked in the food industry. The employee who took our order even mentioned how long the day had been. In response, I left a tip. However, I ended up spending nearly $60 on two of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had, fries that were overly salty and burnt, and two average milkshakes. It was clear that they were frustrated with the quality of the fries.
Really long wait for your order comparing to other locations. French fries so salty that we throw out half of them also burgers by the time we got them were cold. I think they have something wrong with the sequence they preparing the orders. I've been in other locations and this is my first time that I got disappointed.
Not as good as it has been previously. They were out of BBQ sauce. Bagged our burgers without asking if we wanted something else. $30 for 2 single bacon cheeseburgers and 1 fry. Asked for fries well done. They were soggy and cold. I'll just go to steak and shake next time.
Ordered a cheese burger and regular little fries through doordash. The burger was under cooked with meat still pink and they gave me Cajun fries instead of regular fries. To top it off, fries were cold and Disgusting. I will NEVER order from there again. Réservez une table maintenant
I had an excellent experience at Five Guys. The food was up to their usual high standards. It was served quickly and with great professionalism. As always, it was delicious! It cost us about $60 for three people, but it's always worth it!
Service was fast, kind and professional. Music was my favorite and the food was amazing as always! The bathrooms were also very clean! I had a hungry husband and teen boy that needed this in their belly!
The staff today had such wonderful energy; everyone was laughing and smiling! Your team is amazing and so hard-working! I loved the experience!
Seems like something changed, they advertise Fresh, Red Tomatoes....not on our burgers: Réservez une table maintenant
