Ordered my usual of two hot chocolates, one with extra chocolate. After placing my order, it took me about 10 minutes to get to the store. My order was not ready. The store was working on a big order so I was not too concerned. After seeing the baristamaking what I thought was my order but not seeing the extra dark chocolate, the order was placed in the drive through area. Iwaited until after an order was placed after I arrived and was picked up to inquire about my order. The order that I thought wasmine was. Finally I got it, I did not want to wait for a reorder so I took the drinks and did confirm it was weaker in thechocolate than it should have been.
I stopped by this morning for some drinks, cinnamon bread, and my favorite sandwich. Sadly, they were out of the sandwich, but everything else we tried was excellent! The service was okay—not especially warm or memorable. The drinks were blended flawlessly, with no ice chunks left at the bottom, which was great. The cinnamon bread was soft, chewy, and warmed to perfection.
I just called this store to talk to the manager about an employee serving food and beverages that was wearing a sleeveless shirt. That is disgusting and against health codes. She told me that it's a problem and the GM has been trying to handle it. Shetold me that I should talk to the GM and then hung up on me, saying that I was threatening her.?
The location is convenient since it has a drive-thru and is close to my kids' daycare. I usually order a medium drink, but it rarely feels full enough. Occasionally, I have to go back in and ask for a remake. The staff often seem somewhat annoyed, and when I order food, it feels as if it's just carelessly thrown into a bag.

I was eager to treat myself to a pumpkin drink and ordered a pumpkin crafted press from Caribou Coffee. Unfortunately, it had a moldy taste. At first, I thought it might just be me, so I asked my husband to try it as well. He quickly advised against drinking it, stating it tasted like mold. Yikes!
I ordered a large drink and they filled it 3/4's of the way. That's the problem with places that make you tip before being served. Wouldn't have tipped at all if I knew I was going to be ripped off.
They were having issues with their Perks but the manager made sure I was taken care of. The young gentleman running the drive through was very kind as well. Great customer service!!
Today I ordered a large drink for a medium, it makes me feel how thirsty I was, it was a sensational taste and experience.

It was way busier then I was expecting, not super packed however. Looked like a nice place to hangout for a bit.
Always such a friendly staff! Know you are appreciated! I don't drink coffee but enjoy trying other beverages.
