i ordered a crafted press with malt powder and the barista taking my order seemed ok with that, but when the drink was prepared it had a sickly amount of chocolate syrup in it. the coffee was actually disgusting, it almost tasted burnt. i told the barista very politely that i only wanted malt powder in the drink. she rolled her eyes at me and didn't respond. eventually her coworker came over and refused to remake the drink how i had ordered it, and rudely insisted that they had made the drink correctly (mind you, this has been my order for over a year, i know how it is supposed to taste). i'm a barista as well, so i understand how annoying picky customers can be, but if you blatantly messed...
Take out something simple, malted milk chocolate extra shot, small, was delicious. But I also ordered a piece of pumpkin bread and it came out of plastic wrap to keep fresh, which is how they usually come at other Caribou Coffee shops, was so dry, tasteless, and I can't even eat more than a 1/4 slice and I had my husband tried with 1/4 piece and he has the same complaints. Very bad bakery. I thought your pastries come wrapped until ordered, these we DEFINITELY NOT SEALED. Poor quality. Please advise, thank you, Mary Beth Bacon
This was my first time visiting this location. The staff was very rude and short with me. They laughed and raised their voice at me when I ordered a bagel. Apparently they were out of bagels and I was supposed to know that. My coffee also tasted like river water. I’m a loyal Caribou customer and have never had an experience like this before. I will not be returning to this location. Please be better. Treat people with kindness.
Ordered the Maple Waffle sandwich and a smoothie this morning. I was surprised when I opened the sandwich and the waffle part of the sandwich was all soggy and falling apart. Looked like it was squished to try to get it to stay together and did not even resemble a waffle. I cannot believe they would serve it like that. I did not feel like waiting in line again to complain. The smoothie was very good though! Réservez une table maintenant
First of all the young lady with the blonde hair just gets me on another level LOL! She is amazing! She knew I was struggling for real… The struggle was so real this Monday morning and she made my coffee perfectly with an extra shot! It was the best iced coffee I’ve ever had. Give this girl a raise or I will steal her to work for me!!!!
