I placed an order through the app, which indicated that my food was ready. There were no customers in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant, so I pulled up to pick it up. However, the server told me she didn't have my order. I attempted to show her the confirmation on my phone, but she refused to look at it and kept insisting she didn't have it. Since I had already been charged, I decided to go inside, where I found her chatting with a coworker. I asked if I could show her my order so she could prepare it, but she simply said "no" and turned her back to me. I ended up leaving without any food and still charged for it. I will NEVER visit another Carl's Jr. again and will make sure to share...
Even though very not busy near noon, service was slower than expected for a fast food restaurant. Several minutes wait for two standard sandwiches. Staff was not very efficient. Many years ago I worked at a Carl's Jr store and we prided ourselves on quick and tasty meals. Not the case at this location.Food was ok, nothing special. Inside dining nearly deserted at noon! Was clean and well kept.
Well the employee's can't take an order correctly in the drive through. Cold fries and gross burgers made our trip for a quick bite rethink where to go. This is a trucker location and the food is horrible and tons of flies on the drive through walls and monitor. Will never return.
The staff was incredibly friendly. Since we were dining in, they encouraged us to sit wherever we liked. They came to check on us, which was nice. Overall, it was a great experience!

The restaurant was unclean, the bathroom was in poor condition, our credit card was charged twice, and the fountain soda tea was stale and unpleasant.
