I just stopped by the drive-thru in San Juan and finished my meal. I ordered the Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo, and the burger was incredibly fresh and juicy. It’s been about 20 years since I’ve had a better burger at Carl’s Jr. It reminded me of how they used to taste when the staff truly cared about their work and what they served. The guy at the drive-thru was fantastic and you could tell he took pride in his job. Whatever changes have been made recently, you nailed it. Next time, I’m planning to try the usually rubbery chicken sandwich and will update you on that.
No joke here. My girl and I purchased two Santa Fe chicken sandwiches from here last night and started taking bites into this while already on the freeway and we turned around and drive back to the store to let them know. We showed them the chicken (seepics in this post) and musically laughed at us and were sarcastic. Manager just wanted to give us our money back and didn?toffer anything more. The cook came to the window and was sarcastic. Servicing raw chicken can really hurt people. Stay away fromthis store.
I had a great experience at Carl's Jr. The food was made fresh, and I found it easy to customize my order from their menu. The only drawback was the heavy traffic in the parking lot during peak hours. However, the staff member who took my order was really friendly.
Carl's Jr. was the only restaurant open within walking distance of the Marriott after 10:00 pm. The staff at Carl's Jr. were friendly and eager to help. Overall, Carl's Jr. offers a fantastic menu and is a great spot to visit!

Foods alright. First customer in at 0615 I guess, they weren't quite ready and with no one behind us they had us pull up so that their timer stopped and didn't ruin their Drive thru times.
I ordered the southwest chicken sandwich, and it had a nice amount of sauce. The regular fries were great, but the crinkle-cut fries were a bit too oily for my taste.
Great place with friendly staff. The only downside was that we had to request napkins since there were none available in the restaurant.
The manager always does an excellent job of ensuring everything operates seamlessly. The food is consistently tasty and served hot.
